That\u2019s what it means to follow intuition. It won\u2019t always make sense. It rarely looks like the plan. But it\u2019s real. It\u2019s alive. There\u2019s no need to chase the perfect strategy, the perfect guide, the \u201cright\u201d coach. But if working with someone feels light, fun, and energizing, choose it.
